A Virginia native and former NFL player, Ndukwe transitioned from professional athletics to business leadership with a focus on civic engagement and equitable development. His background in business management and psychology from the University of Notre Dame, combined with executive education at Harvard Business School and the Wharton School of Business, shapes his disciplined and purpose-driven approach to development.

Following a five-year NFL career with the Cincinnati Bengals and Oakland Raiders, Ndukwe founded Kingsley and Company to address one of the most pressing challenges in urban communities—access to affordable, high-quality housing.
